PJ, quite simply, stands for Peter and Jamie.
In 2004 I asked Peter if he would join me in the venture of rearing pigs.
Sadly after 2 years of working together, Peter decided he could no longer continue the partnership, due to other commitments.
I have kept the original business name and am continuing to rear
British Lop's as well
as producing traditional pork products.

As a farmers son I have always worked along side my father helping him rear our
beef herd. During my childhood my father
bred pigs and owned a butchers shop, so an early interest in pigs was born! Following
in my fathers footsteps (and using his expertise) it's now my turn!
